Refund policy
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Should you wish to exchange or return a piece (within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the product), please email us at info@carlotabrogueira.com. We'll respond as promptly as possible.
Exchanges and returns are only approved if the pieces show no signs of usage, are in their original box, and accompanied by the purchase invoice. Please note that we do not accept exchanges for customised pieces made to customer specifications. The customer bears responsibility for return shipping charges both ways.
Returns initiated beyond 14 days of receipt of your order, or shipped beyond 3 days of your receipt of a return authorization, will not be accepted.
Please note that refund or store credit issued as a result of a return excludes any shipping fees paid in connection with the original order.
For easier exchanges, we recommend placing a new order while returning the original one. Please notify us of this within 14 days of receiving your order.
