Welcome to Carlota Brogueira Jewellery. By accessing or using our website located at www.carlotabrogueira.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Certification, Authenticity and Materials

All Carlota Brogueira pieces are handmade in Portugal, in 925 Silver, 925 Silver with 24 Carat Gold or 19.2k Gold vermeil, using traditional jewellery techniques. Every piece is unique and can be subtly different given the manual process.

Certified by Contrastaria of INCM (Imprensa Nacional Casa da Moeda) that performs verification of the legal touch (permilation of precious metal contained in an alloy) and the application of the contrast (hallmark) next to the manufacturer's responsibility stamp or equivalent. Contrast application is only mandatory for silver pieces weighing more than 2 grams and for gold pieces weighing more than 0.5 g.

Carlota Brogueira Jewellery is made to order - Allow up to four weeks to be craft, hallmarked and shipped.

Prices

The prices listed on the online store, PVP (Recommended Retail Price), include the current tax rate in Portugal (IVA of 23%).

We reserve the right to modify the prices of jewellery, as well as to carry out promotional campaigns scheduled in its annual marketing plan.
